Eric Bischoff: Hello and welcome to a very, very special Monday night Nitro. (the crowd boos.) Ohh, I love you people. Tonight the ""new"" WCW World Champion will face off with the winner of World War 3 Scott Hall for the World Heavywieght title.
Rick Rude: Eric don't forget that every other WCW title also being put on the line tonight too.
Bischoff: (sarcastic) thats right Rick this will be a very historic night indeed. The only bad news is that our Ref Nick Patrick is only aloud to call 3 matches tonight, the other matches we have to use "Dubbya C Dubbya" Referees Well lets get it started as Konnan takes on "Dubbya C Dubbya" Cruiserswieght Champion Eddie Guerrero.
(Rick and Eric Laugh as the Camera pans to the enterance way.)
Match 1: Eddie Guerrero (wcw) (c) vs. Konnan (nWo) in a Singles match for the WCW Cruiserwieght Championship Ref:Nick Patrick
Eddie Guerrero had the momentum early on in the match trying to finish it quick. but slow counts by Nick Patrick kept Konnan in this one. Konnan slowly began to capitalize torward the end of the match, and after a failed Frog splash by Eddie Guerrero, Konnan hit the Tequila Sunrise and We had a New nWo Cruiserwieght Champion.

after the match: As Eddie was walking up the rampway to the back. he saw Eric Bichoff and Rick Rude laughing at him. Eddie lost it taking off after the 2 sitting at the annoucers table.Eric bischoff ran away as Rick Rude took the brunt of the beating, before the commercial break eddie grabbed the camera and pointed it at the bloody form of Rick Rude laying on the floor. Eddie than pointed it back at him self and said
"Your time is up!"
(Eric Bichoff never did come back out to the Announcers table, the show goes on without commentary.
Match 2: Vincent (nWo) Vs. Yuji Nagata (wcw) in a Singles match
Yuji Nagata had the edge clear threw this match. Vincent had very little offense. Yuji Nagata locked on the Nagata Lock and Vincent had no choice but to tap.
Winner: Yuji Nagata
Match 3: Buff Bagwell and Scott "Flash" Norton (nWo) Vs. Rick and Scott Steiner (c) (wcw) in a Tag match for the WCW World Tag Team Championships
Bagwell and Norton didn't have anything for the Steiners but they tried anyway. The stieners win by pin at 13:43

Match 4: Super Calo (wcw) vs.The Disciple (nwo) in a Singles match
The Disciple had this one from the begining. Super calo never had a chance. Disciple wins via pin.
winner: The Disciple
Match 5: Kevin Nash Vs. Disco Inferno (c) (wcw) in a Singles match for the WCW Televison Championship Ref:Nick Patrick
Wow what a squash. Nash walked away with the title in this one. Nash by pin at 6:34

Match 6: Diamond Dallas Page (c) (WCW) Vs. Curt Hennig (nWo) in a Singles rematch for the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship
DDP and Curt Hennig out did themselves again. Really back and forth that once again ended with a Diamond cutter out of nowhere. DDP by pin at 21:31

Match 7: Randy Savage (nWo) w/ Elizabeth Vs. Bill Goldberg in a Singles match
Macho Man and Goldberg had a real back and forth match until a spear and a jacknife by Goldburg. Goldburg wins by pin at 15:12
Winner: Bill Goldberg
Match 8: Sting (c) (WCW) Vs. Scott Hall (nWo) in a Lumberjack match for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship Ref:Nick Patrick
Scott Hall and Sting fought tooth and nail in this match but the nWo lumberjacks were just to much for Sting. with the nWo getting involved quite a bit attacking Sting. Scott Hall won via pin after an outsiders edge on Sting at 16:34.

(after the match The entire nwo entered the ring and Celebrated with Scott Hall. After a couple of minutes they brought out the spray paint and Resprayed nWo on the Belt. Hogan told Hall to give him back his championship. Scott Hall, looking troubled, then handed the belt to Hogan , while Bischoff got a mic and proclaimed That the new World Heavywieght Champion is "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan.)
